The Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Dr Alex Otti attended and spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of an Innovation Hub at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, performed by our own Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, GCON, with other dignitaries present, including the Chancellor of the University, His Majesty, Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe, CFR, the Obi of Onitsha.
