Yesterday 20th April, Governor Alex Otti, OFR, attended the traditional marriage ceremony of Amaka Nnanna and Orji Ogbonnaya Orji Jnr, the Children of Dr. & Mrs. O.J. Nnanna and Dr. & Dr. (Mrs.) Orji Ogbonnaya Orji.
Speaking at the event, which was held at Dr. O.J. Nnanna’s compound Utughugwu Atani in Arochukwu LGA, Governor Otti described both families as his, stating that the two families are connected, which doesn’t happen all the time. He congratulated the two families for bringing up wonderful children saying that he knows them and he is convinced that they are going to succeed in their marriage.
He prayed God to bless them with the fruits of the womb and all other blessings that come with marriage.
Governor Otti used the opportunity to thank the people for the support they have continued to give his administration, stating that his government was established by God through them. He told them that what they have seen in the last 23 months of his administration being celebrated across the State are just dress rehearsals, assuring that greater things are coming.
The event attracted political leaders and captains of industry from all walks of life.
